Who to contact and where this applies
VPS4Trading, Powered by netPika, provides the reseller registration and platform described here. For privacy inquiries, access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]; account holders may also open a support ticket. This notice covers the VPS4Trading website, the registration flow and reseller dashboard. Customer invoices and VPS purchases handled by netPika may also be subject to its own privacy terms.
Data we collect
During registration we receive your email, proposed brand, verification code response, language, name, contact and billing profile, and the versions and time of your acceptance. We also process security signals such as IP address, request time, browser or session information, rate-limit records and challenge results to prevent abuse. After activation, account roles, customer assignments, service states and operational audit events are processed to run the platform. Resellers enter end-customer details into their own workspace.
Why we use it
We use registration data to send and check codes, evaluate a reseller application, create or securely link the appropriate wholesale account, invite an administrator, provide the platform and support, document consent and prevent fraud. Operational records support access control, incident response and service synchronization. We do not treat acceptance of these terms as permission for marketing email. Where a particular law applies, the basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or a legitimate security interest, as appropriate; optional marketing requires a separate choice.
Storage, recipients and international processing
The public site, registration API, email delivery, WHMCS wholesale system, hosting, security and infrastructure providers process the data needed for their respective roles. A submitted application is handed to a private worker for identity checks and possible account creation. Customer data is separated by reseller account in the panel. These systems and providers may operate in different countries; information may therefore be transferred across borders subject to applicable safeguards. We do not publish registration records or wholesale credentials. Authorized staff and service providers receive only the access needed for their work.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, access restrictions, encrypted storage for signup profile data, short-lived verification codes and logs for security investigations. No online service can promise absolute security. The registration cleanup task removes unverified, unsubmitted requests after one day and verified but unsubmitted requests after 90 days. Submitted requests are reviewed and kept as needed to complete provisioning, resolve incidents and meet recordkeeping obligations; they are not automatically deleted after 90 days. Account and transaction records are retained for the applicable operational or legal periods, then deleted or de-identified as appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or exercise other rights available where you live. Some information may need to remain for billing, security or legal reasons. Write to [email protected] and we will verify the request without asking for a password or an email verification code. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where a law gives you that right.
Cookies, changes and further information
The registration service may use a session cookie and an anti-abuse challenge. Hosting and security services may use technical cookies required to deliver and protect the site. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, we will explain them and request the choice required by applicable law before using them.
